Abstract
It is a well-known fact that with the advent of globalization, news concepts like medical tourism have taken roots all across the globe. Among all other sectors, medical tourism has been the fastest growing with a rate of almost 30 percent growth per year. India has emerged as one of the most popular destination for medical tourists. The prime reason behind this is the affordable and high quality treatment options available in India. Medical tourism can help India in earning significant amount of foreign exchange while the local medical institutions can be also benefited simultaneously.
